About the role
You’ll work across creator-led brands and digital products, supporting projects from kickoff to launch. This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who loves making order from moving parts, communicates clearly and wants to grow into confident project ownership.
What you’ll do
- Turn briefs and conversations into clear timelines, actions, owners and next steps.
- Coordinate designers, developers, suppliers, clients and partners across active projects.
- Prepare for project check-ins, capture decisions and follow through on actions.
- Track dependencies, spot risks early and raise them with the right people.
- Support quality checks so deliverables are complete, accurate and launch-ready.
- Keep project information, files and status updates organised and easy to understand.
What you’ll bring
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage several priorities without losing the detail.
- Clear, friendly written and verbal communication.
- A proactive mindset — you follow up, ask questions and look for what’s needed next.
- Some experience in project coordination, operations, client service or a similar environment.
- Comfort learning new tools and working with both creative and technical teammates.
